Our crew has been having some hard conversations, processing refunds, and helping moviegoers reselect seats at every show. We’re documenting all the issues, and sharing the feedback with the web and POS team. The stress dreams are beginning to abate. But it’s going to be a long few weeks, and we are grateful for your patience while we resolve every single one of the 460 movie tickets impacted by this…. transition is the word we’ll gently use. Please, if you visited our theater during this period and were impacted by this problem contact us right away so we can work to make it up to you. If you have any questions or concerns about an upcoming reservation, do reach out. Our crew is checking tickets carefully and we are reviewing every upcoming show for possible conflicts. We can’t thank you enough for your patience. *** THE TEXT BELOW WILL STAY EVEN AFTER 4/15 We care about an undisrupted, top notch moviegoing experience. If we missed the mark, you gotta tell us. Whether you let us know in person that the dude in front of you won’t get off his cell phone (we will resolve!) or retroactively via this webpage because you left with an issue (that is still on your mind) we want to know about it. Please use this FEEDBACK LINK to tell us how you feel about Sun-Ray so we can make sure the movies stay magical.BANNER AT TOP OF SCREEN

TICKETING TROUBLES/FEEDBACK
If you’re reading this, we’re still dealing with a bit of a mess. During the recent migration to our new website and point of sale system, an issue arose that impacted existing ticket reservations. During the onboarding process, some seats were unintentionally double-booked for ticket holders between March 4 and April 14. Emails were sent advising moviegoers of the problem, and at the door we are checking tickets and trying to catch issues before they arise (i.e. before you walk into a dark room and find someone sitting in the seats you purchased, or before a stranger tries to take yours).
